Engelhard Sales Ltd in the UK is now an Approved Authorized
Treatment Facility (AATF) for recycling Waste Electronic and
Electrical Equipment (WEEE).
The following items are accepted by our fully licensed world class
recycling facility:
- Business to business WEEE, including IT and Telecommunications
equipment
- Display equipment: TV’s and monitors with cathode ray
tubes
- Small mixed WEEE
Please note: we do not accept cooling appliances, fluorescent
tubes or large household appliances such as washing machines.
All equipment is totally destroyed on site and we do not resell
systems or components, for the security of your information and
data. Certificates of destruction are available on request.
BASF Catalysts offers a cost-effective UK wide collection
service. Hazardous waste from Cathode Ray Tubes (CRT’s) is safely
handled by our licensed haulers.
Our processes are environmentally friendly, with virtually ZERO
WASTE going to landfill. We have achieved Quality Standards ISO
14001 for Environmental Systems and ISO9001 for Management
Systems.
